• Must be a graduate from a reputable university.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn, disciplined, and professionally grounded.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced energy/business environment.
• Prior internship, volunteering, or campus leadership experience is an added advantage.
