    Deposit Mobilization Officer

    Requirements

    • Bsc in Banking and Finance, Marketing or related field.
    • Minimum of 4years cognate experience from a Digital Lender or Microfinance bank.
    • Proven work experience as a Marketing Officer, Loan Disbursement Officer, or similar role in a Microfinance bank or Digital Lending Company.
    • A good knowledge of the micro-credit and SME loan industry, with hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.
    • Excellent writing, public speaking and communication skills.
    • Organization and multitasking skillsets.
    • Ability to network and sustainable Client Relationship.

    Sales Supervisor (Paint Industry)

    Job Summary:

    • Supervise and coordinate sales activities to achieve sales targets, provide customer service, and support sales team development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Supervision:

    Inventory Supervisor (Paint Industry)

    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for accurate inventory management, control, and optimization to ensure efficient operations and minimize losses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management:

    • Conduct physical counts and cycle counts.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and databases.
    • Verify inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers).
