    Software QA & Test Delivery Manager

    Job Details

    • To manage and coordinate IT testing services and provide direction, advice and guidance for the development and testing of Technology systems and applications. 
    • To define and monitor the implementation of a quality management system (QMS) in the Information Technology environment including Internal Acceptance Testing, System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Defect Management, Test Automation, Regression, Performance Testing, Software Testing methodology, Test Operations and Governance, Stakeholder Engagement, and drive adherence to overall quality assurance practices, as well as customer experience of product testing. 

    Qualifications 

    Education: 

    • BSc. or HND in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, ICT or IT related discipline 
    • Fluent in English 
    • Certification in any of these quality and testing frameworks e.g., ISTQB Test Manger, SCRUM, Agile, PMP, ITIL, etc 

    Experience: 

    • 7 – 13 years of cumulative experience with 
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in given role 
    • With minimum 3 years’ experience in supervising/managing a team 
    • Experience working in a medium to large organization. 
    • Experience in information and communication technology (ICT) preferably in the Telecommunications, Banking, FMCG or an ICT related industry. 
    • Hands on experience in Software Quality Management System 
    • Hands on experience in the use of testing tools for automation, performance, regression, i.e. SIGOS, Jmeter, HP Loadrunner, Headspin, Selenuim, Postman, SoapUI, Jenkins, etc. 
    • Experience in Test case management and defect management using tools such as, Jira, Zephir, HP ALM QC, 
    • Test Manager must have managed large team size on QAT exercises preferably.  Someone who has over 7years experience on managing team of testers/test leads and minimum of 5years experience working on a fintech solutions and products. Certified test delivery manager.

    Customer Service Agents

    Job Details

    • Educate customers on the benefits of the product and Services offerings and assist them in selecting the most suitable products/services based on their needs.
    • Drive sales of mobile money (MoMo) services by explaining the convenience and security of digital transactions and assisting customers in setting up accounts.
    • Assist clients with enrollment and registration.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Remain informed about market trends, product advancements, and rivalry to strategically place our products.
    • Share your thoughts with management regarding market developments, consumer preferences, and areas that could want improvement.
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
    • Cross sell other products and services.
    • Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers with salespeople when require
    • Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate.
    • Activity and task reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Attend all required customer service-related meetings
    • Perform mathematical calculations regarding sales and inventory.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of SSCE.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications,Mobile Money or related industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customer groups.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing sales.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with mobile technology, digital payments, and government identification processes is desirable.
    • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
    • Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to upholding ethical business practice
