    Strategy Manager

    JOB SUMMARY 

    • The Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational strategies to achieve long-term goals and ensure peak performance. This role involves collaborating with leadership teams, analyzing performance metrics, and aligning organizational processes with strategic objectives. 
    • The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, strategic foresight, and leadership abilities to drive organizational success through effective planning and performance optimization. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Strategic Planning & Financial Analysis 

    • Lead the development and execution of corporate and departmental strategies in alignment with organizational goals. 
    • Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with senior leaders. 
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions. 
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. 
    • Conduct financial modeling, forecasting and scenario analysis to guide decision-making. 
    • Assess risks and opportunities in financial planning and provide actionable insights. 

    Performance Management 

    • Design and implement performance management frameworks (e.g., KPIs, OKRs, or balanced scorecards). 
    • Monitor and evaluate organizational performance against strategic objectives. 
    • Develop dashboards and performance reports to present insights and recommendations to executives. 

    Process Improvement 

    • Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
    • Implement best practices in strategy execution and performance management. 
    • Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations and optimize resource allocation. 

    Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting 

    • Collaborate with department heads and teams to align their objectives with the broader organizational strategy. 
    • Act as a strategic partner to leadership by providing data-driven insights and solutions. 
    • Communicate strategy updates and performance outcomes to key stakeholders. 
    • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards and presentations on financial performance. 

    Change Management 

    • Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new strategies and processes.
    • Provide guidance and training to teams to ensure understanding and alignment with performance goals.

    Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Lead the development of annual budgets, long term financial plans and strategic roadmaps.
    • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecast, identifying areas for improvement.

    Investment & Risk Management

    • Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions and capital expenditures.
    • Develop risk management strategies to safeguard financial health and optimize capital allocation.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance and internal controls.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Certifications such as CFA, CPA, MBA or Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) are advantageous.
    • 5+ years of experience in strategy development, financial planning, performance management, or management consulting.
    • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale strategic initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in strategic frameworks such as SWOT, PESTLE, or Porter’s Five Forces.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.

    Fisheries Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all fishing operations and activities.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fishing regulations and laws.
    • Monitor the health and population of fish species and work to replenish stocks when necessary.
    • Develop and implement fishing policies and procedures to maintain sustainability.
    • Work with marine biologists and other scientists to assess the impact of fishing activities on fish populations and marine ecosystems.
    • Prepare and manage budgets for fishing operations. o Provide training and guidance to staff members.
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of fishing vessels and equipment.
    • Prepare and present reports on fishing activities and conservation efforts. Maintain records of all inventory and supplies.

    Desired Profile

    • Proven 10 years or more work experience as a fisheries Manager or similar role in the marine industry.
    • BSc degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or relevant field BSC/HND Agriculture, Agric Science and Management or other related fields.
    • Knowledge of fish biology, aquaculture, and environmental science.
    • Familiarity with local, state, and federal fishing regulations and laws.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work in various weather conditions. Strong leadership and management abilities.
    • Ability to maintain accurate records.

    Farm Accountant / Admin Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for all farm operations. 
    • Create and manage budget plans for the farm. 
    • Monitor cash flow and payroll activity. 
    • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. 
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and other stakeholders as required. 
    • Develop and analyses financial models to assist in decision-making processes. 
    • Assist with the preparation of tax documents and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 
    • Make recommendations to management on ways to improve the farm’s financial performance. 
    • Participate in strategic planning sessions with other members of the management team. 
    • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations that could affect the farm’s accounting practices.

    Desired Profile

    • 10years experience or more in the Farming Industry. 
    • BSC/HND Accounting, Business Administration Management or other related fields.
    • ICAN/ANAN will be an added advantage.
