    Manager, Group Business Applications Special Projects

    To guarantee that the business applications portfolio - including ERP, SFA, QlikView, and legacy systems - operates seamlessly with maximum reliability and minimal downtime.

    THE JOB

    • Leads and oversees the Business Applications portfolio, delivering system implementation, software development, and support services to align with business objectives.
    • Drives the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the organization's systems architecture management framework.
    • Manages the complete lifecycle of business applications to ensure optimal performance and alignment with strategic goals.
    • Partners with stakeholders to maximize value delivery from business applications, fostering collaboration and innovation.
    • Conducts thorough reviews of application code before integration to ensure quality and compatibility.
    • Develops and maintains comprehensive procedures and documentation to support application implementation and ongoing operations.
    • Strategically manages application enhancements to boost business performance and efficiency.
    • Provides expert guidance on application security, licensing, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Possess strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.
    • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
    • Be strategic and forward-thinking, staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends in business applications.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management.
    • MBA will be an added advantage.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in progressive responsibilities in Information Technology or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

    Chiller Technician - Golden Pasta - Iganmu

    To operates and carry out planned and preventive maintenance on all air-conditioning units and chillers as per instructions and specification.

    THE JOB

    • Troubleshoot industrial chillers and air conditioners.
    • Read and interpret electrical drawings of chillers.
    • Attend promptly to planned preventive maintenance.
    • Attend promptly to breakdown and corrective maintenance.
    • Collect spare parts for the maintenance.
    • Keep record of the maintenance carried out.
    • Adhere strictly to the use of PPE and safety procedures to avoid accidents.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective time management skills.
    • Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
    • Good knowledge of AC’s and Chillers.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/ NABTEB.
    • Technical Certification will be an added advantage.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role.

    Utility Supervisor Golden Pasta - Iganmu

    To safely perform skilled work and supervise the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of the utility machines like Compressors, Chillers, Boilers, Water treatment, etc.; to supervise the implementation of policies and procedures related to machine installation and repair of site facilities and equipment.

    THE JOB

    • To Perform skilled work, assist in the development of and implementation of policies and programs.
    • To Plan and support maintenance activities to achieve machine availability.
    • Ensure maintenance cost control and optimum energy consumption.
    • Adhere to safety procedures and drive reduction in work related accidents as well as fire occurrence on site.
    • Carry out Behavioral based Safety (BBS).
    • Coordinate the activities of the subordinates.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Pay keen attention to details and be highly organized.
    • Have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
    • Be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/ NABTEB.
    • OND in Engineering or science related course.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
