    Project Cost Engineer

    Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of high-integrity machine tools and other engineering products and spares designed to serve the project, operation, and maintenance needs of a range of industries. Due to Expansion, they are currently in need of a PROJECT COST ENGINEER.

    Job Responsibilities;

    • Review ITB documentation for completeness, content, and comprehension of the scope of work. Distribute inquiry documents to relevant disciplines.
    • Preparation of BOQ and Tender Template as required in the ITB
    • Coordinate Commercial proposal content with respective company departments. Ensure compliance with ITB requirements.
    • Communicate with clients to clarify the scope and other contractual issues.
    • Coordinate pre-tender and post-tender discussions/clarification with clients/subcontractors etc.
    • Ensure that any subcontractors/Third Parties are identified and appropriate content is incorporated into the Company’s proposal.
    • Attend ITB briefing; Coordinate various internal/external meetings
    • Liaise with various departments in generating proposal content to
    • Build Construction/fabrication Rate and Generate Tender Cost
    • Timely submission of Tender Others as necessary.
    • Attending contract negotiation meeting
    • Hold a kickoff meeting with the Project team.
    • Follow-up regularly till final decision by the client.
    • During the project phase, help in the preparation of valuation and Final account.
    • Prepare and assist the Proposal Manager in all proposal reviews

    Job Requirements;

    • B.Engr. /HND in the relevant engineering field
    • Membership in a relevant engineering professional institution is preferred but not essential
    • Minimum of 3 years as a Project Cost Engineer
    • Ability to determine estimated costs
    • Good communication and team building skills – well able to lead and gain the respect of both own team members and 3rd parties (both internally and externally).
    • Ability to improvise/prioritize with little notice without losing attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of managing multicultural teams.

    Junior Accountant

    Our client is a private sector-led Tier 1 Microfinance Bank that provides a versatile range of financial services to low-income groups, micro, small and medium enterprises, and self-employed with entrepreneurial skills. Due to expansion, they are currently in need of an ACCOUNT SUPPORT OFFICER.


    • Checking invoices for accuracy and completeness.
    • Handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Contacting clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any payment discrepancies.
    • Analyzing financial statements to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Creating and updating customer databases to ensure accurate information.
    • Reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
    • Conducting market research to identify potential growth opportunities.
    • Ability to prepare bank reconciliation statements, daily call-over reporting, and financial statement analysis


    • Minimum of HND in Accounting
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
    • Excellent communication and writing skills

    • Meeting sales targets.
    • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers. 
    • Making presentations to promote products and special deals.
    • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone
    • Market Research: Watching your competitors and the products they are offering.
    • Attending conferences and seminars and keeping up with industry trends
    • Plan potential customers & generate leads for the organization.
    • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
    • Weekly meetings to discuss opportunities, activities, and new leads.
    • Propose ED ideas to increase Sales and bring new proposals
    • Coordinate with Branch Managers to gather local market information.


    • Minimum of first degree in Social Science disciplines or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in marketing/sales and knowledge of the Printing Industry.
    • Professional Certification in a related field is an added advantage
