    Plumbing Technician

    Key Responsibility:

    • Install, repair, and maintain pipes and piping networks, including PVC, UPVC, Galvanized steel, Cast-iron, and PPR pipes.
    • Conduct water treatment plant operations, including dosing chemicals and maintaining water quality.
    • Manage water supply systems and sewage works, ensuring proper functionality and addressing issues promptly.
    • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment to prevent failures and downtime.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems, such as leaks, clogs, and damaged fixtures, with efficiency and precision.
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and equipment storage to ensure a safe and organized environment.
    • Communication, honesty, responsibility, collaboration and awareness is key in any task.

    Requirement/Qualification:

    • Minimum of OND qualification or Trade Test certificate in Plumbing or relevant field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and water treatment, with a strong understanding of plumbing principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment, such as pipe wrenches, cutters, and plungers, to perform tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues accurately and implement appropriate solutions.

    Fire Fighter

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and emergency preparedness standards.
    • Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency situations, including fire outbreaks, rescue operations, and hazardous material incidents.
    • Extinguish fires and minimize damage using appropriate firefighting techniques and equipment.
    • Perform rescue and life-saving operations, including administering first aid and CPR where necessary.
    • Identify fire hazards and enforce safety codes to prevent incidents.
    • Inspect, test, and maintain firefighting equipment, including hydrants and emergency response tools.

    Relevant Work Experience / Qualification

    • Minimum of OND/HND
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in firefighting, First Aid, or emergency response.
    • Strong physical fitness and the ability to work under pressure.
