    Operations Supervisor - Real Estate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
    • Improve operational systems, processes and best practices
    • Develop strategies for enhancing day-to-day operational efficiencies
    • Implement the formulation, execution and monitoring of the company’s business development penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth.
    • Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
    • Maintain relationships with partners/ vendors/ suppliers
    • Gather, analyze and interpret internal and external data and write reports
    • Ensure maintenance of company facilities, assets and equipment. Support logistics, procurement, transportation and inventory control.

    Key Requirements

    • Degree in Business/ Finance or related field
    • Must reside in Ikeja and its environs
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in same role (Construction sector is an advantage)
    • Proven success in facility management and logistics
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent creative and practical problem-solving abilities.

    Accounting Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Preparing accounts and tax returns.
    • Financial forecasting and risk analysis; also advising management on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
    • Monitor compliance in line with accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
    • Compiling and presenting weekly, monthly, yearly financial budget reports.
    • Prepare, sign off and document invoices for every financial transaction.
    • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or its equivalent role.
    • Must have at least two years work experience in accounting roles.
    • Leadership skills, Proactive and a critical thinker 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
    • Strong Mathematical and deductive reasoning skills.
    • ICAN/ ACCA Qualification is an added advantage
    • High degree of autonomy.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other Accounting Software.

    Admin Assistant(Male)

    Job Description

    • Provide administrative assistance for the office to include filing, scanning, drafting letters, data entry and other miscellaneous functions.
    • Assist with preparing and processing documents and reports
    • Manage and supervise the day-to-day running of the office activities
    • Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings and all associated logistics, departmental and off-site meetings, external group events etc.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executives and process expense reports.
    • Assist in setting up for meetings (Set up chairs, assist administratively in preparation of meeting materials, e.g., copy, collate, scan)
    • Purchase/order office supplies and equipments
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
    • Develop and maintain a filing system.
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
    • Maintain contact lists.
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
    • Any additional duties assigned.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years’ work experience.
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
