    Ticketing Consultant

    Description

    • Catilas Resources Limited, on behalf of our client, is currently recruiting motivated applicants to work as a Ticketing Consultant. As a Ticketing Consultant, you will be responsible for selling airline tickets, as well as other travel-related services to customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights, ground transportation, including checking weather conditions and making changes as needed.
    • Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules.
    • Confirm customer payments for airline tickets.
    • Help clients ensure their visas and other necessary documents are up to date for the locations they need to travel.
    • Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records.
    • Ticketing agent jobs that involve processing electronic ticketing requests for customers or agents over the phone.
    • Explaining airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights.
    • Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors.
    • Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket.
    • Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to allowing them to enter the airport terminal.
    • Comprehensive follow up with clients both via mail and calls to close deals.
    • Assisting clients with basic and special needs.
    • Ability to train staff on the job to enhance their understanding.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years prior work experience as a Travel Consultant or Ticketing & Reservation Officer.
    • Must be fluent in English.

    Description

    • Catilas Resources Limited, on behalf of our client, is currently recruiting motivated applicants to work as a Visa Consultant. As a Visa Consultant, you will be responsible for helping individuals to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Advising clients on appropriate documentation for visa purposes, ensuring all documents are accurate and correct.
    • Filling of forms for clients
    • Oversee the completion of all relevant visa documents and ensure that they are received within theprocessing time limit.
    • The Visa Consultant must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post toensure that the client is suitable.
    • Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
    • Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
    • Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
    • Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, and other documentation required.
    • You must keep abreast of all relevant changes in visa requirements for various countries
    • Ensure proper understanding of immigration rules
    • The ability to train staff to enhance their understanding of visa rules to help them to fulfill their roles to a high level.

    Requirements

    Description

    • Catilas Resources Limited, on behalf of our client, is currently recruiting motivated applicants to work as a Tour Consultant. As a Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and planning travel trips for clients in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, review etc.
    • Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
    • Organise travels from beginning to end, through accommodation, and securing rental transportation etc.
    • Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc.)
    • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
    • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.

    Requirements
