    Data Architect

    Job Brief

    • We are actively searching for a highly competent Data Architect to join our dynamic team.
    • In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and optimizing conceptual and logical database models.
    • Your responsibilities will include analyzing system requirements, implementing data migration strategies, and ensuring the efficient and secure storage of company information.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop database solutions to store and retrieve company information
    • Developing and implementing an overall organizational data strategy that is in line with business processes. The strategy includes data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems.
    • Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.
    • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.
    • Managing end-to-end data architecture, from selecting the platform, designing the technical architecture, and developing the application to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution..
    • Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization.
    • Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
    • Conducting a continuous audit of data management system performance, refine whenever required, and report immediately any breach or loopholes to the stakeholders.
    • Install and configure information systems to ensure functionality
    • Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications
    • Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions
    • Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts
    • Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements

    • Provide operational support for Management Information Systems (MIS).

    Job Requirements and Skills

    • BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
    • 7-10 years of experience
    • Certified Data management Professional (CDMP)
    • Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role
    • In-depth understanding of database structure principles
    • Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Knowledge of systems development, including system development life cycle, project management approaches and requirements, design and testing techniques
    • Proficiency in data modeling and design, including SQL development and database administration
    • Understanding of predictive modeling, NLP and text analysis, Machine Learning
    • Ability to implement common data management and reporting technologies, as well as the basics of columnar and NoSQL databases, data visualization, unstructured data, and predictive analytics.
    • Data mining, visualization, and Machine Learning skills
    • Knowledge of programming languages Python, C/C++, Java, and Perl.

    DevOps Engineer

    Job Summary

    • DevOps Engineer would work with different IT departments and development teams to implement software strategies. They need to be flexible with the plans, deal with complex situations, assure product quality, and collaborate with different development teams.

    Responsibilities 
    Documentation:

    • Hands-on client project support, minimizing service outages, supervise and produce documentation for issue tracking.

    End-User Support Officer

    Job Description

    • Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or electronically. May aid concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, Internet, Network-LAN and operating systems diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities.

    • Certifications and Training Requirements: ITIL, MOF, MCITP, MCTS, MCPD, MCA, MCSE, SAGE certification or relevant Qualifications are of ADVANTAGE.
