    Investment Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and ROI analysis for proposed projects.
    • Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Manage and grow the company’s real estate investment portfolio.
    • Perform market research and stay updated on real estate trends in Lagos and beyond.
    • Lead negotiations on property acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
    • Oversee due diligence processes for all investment transactions.
    • Monitor investment performance and prepare periodic reports for management.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
    • MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in real estate investment or finance.
    • Strong knowledge of property markets, especially in Lagos and Nigeria.
    • Excellent financial analysis and investment modeling skills.
    • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
    • Proven track record of successful real estate investments.
    • Must be approximately 40 years of age (preferred for experience and leadership maturity).
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

    Job Summary

    • Safely transport staff, executives, and company materials to various locations.

    Sales Representative - Pharmaceutical (IVD & Equipment)

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, IVD kits, and diagnostic equipment
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, laboratories, and clinics
    • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab scientists, and procurement officers
    • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

    Technical & Product Support (IVD & Equipment):

    • Install, configure, and set up IVD and diagnostic equipment at client sites

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and installations

    Sales Targets & KPIs
    Meet KPIs, including:

    • Lead generation and conversion rates
    • Number of client visits and product demos
    • Equipment installations and client onboarding.

    Dispatch Riders

    Job Summary

    • Receive delivery orders and instructions from the dispatcher
    • Load and unload packages or documents onto the motorcycle
    • Safely transport items to designated locations within the specified time frame
    • Follow traffic laws and safety regulations while riding the motorcycle.
    • Ensure packages are delivered intact and in good condition.
    • Collect payments or obtain signatures as required for proof of delivery.
    • Communicate with the dispatcher or clients regarding delivery status or issues.
