    Inventory Supervisor

    Role Summary

    • The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing all project materials, equipment, and consumables.
    • The role ensures accurate recordkeeping, proper material issuance, and adequate stock levels to support uninterrupted project execution.
    • Working under the coordination of the head of procurement, logistics and supply chain, the Inventory Supervisor will maintain inventory accuracy, ensure zero stockouts of critical materials, and maintain full traceability of all inbound and outbound items while adhering to safety and documentation standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory Control and Documentation:

    • Maintain up-to-date records of all materials, equipment, and supplies received, stored, and issued.
    • Conduct daily and weekly physical stock counts, reconciling with system records to maintain accuracy.
    • Establish and enforce proper documentation procedures for receipts, transfers, and usage of materials.
    • Ensure that all materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily traceable by batch, type, and usage area.

    Material Tracking and Reporting:

    • Track materials from procurement through delivery and issuance at site, ensuring full visibility and accountability.
    • Generate inventory status reports and consumption summaries for management and project coordination teams.
    • Monitor reorder levels and notify procurement/logistics teams to replenish critical items before stockouts occur.
    • Track order fulfillment and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

    Warehouse and Site Store Management:

    • Supervise day-to-day operations of the site warehouse, including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
    • Implement best practices for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
    • Monitor material handling and loading/unloading to prevent losses or damage.
    • Ensure proper segregation of materials for construction, MEP, and equipping phases.

    Coordination and Process Optimization:

    • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and construction teams to align inventory levels with work schedules.
    • Support cost control by identifying slow-moving or excess stock and recommending corrective actions.
    • Participate in monthly coordination meetings to align material forecasts with upcoming project phases.
    • Support digitalization of inventory tracking systems for transparency and auditability.

    Compliance and Audit Readiness:

    • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, audit requirements, and safety regulations.
    • Prepare documentation and assist internal/external auditors during inventory verification exercises.
    • Maintain zero tolerance for material loss, pilferage, or undocumented transfers.

    Required Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Candidates without a related degree may be considered if they possess ≥7 years of proven hands-on experience in inventory or warehouse supervision on construction or industrial projects.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years inventory management experience, preferably in construction, healthcare, or engineering environments.
    • Strong understanding of inventory control systems, material handling procedures, and documentation requirements.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems, or Excel-based tracking tools.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • High integrity, attention to detail, and strong commitment to accountability.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong data management and recordkeeping ability.
    • Effective coordination with procurement, logistics, and site teams.
    • Ability to work independently under supervision and deliver timely, accurate reports.
    • High level of discipline and ownership of materials on site.

    Supply Chain Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to optimize material flow, procurement efficiency, and project logistics between the site and the Central Procurement and Supply Chain Office.
    • The role ensures accurate visibility of all supply chain operations, providing real-time insights and reports for decision-making and performance tracking.
    • The Supply Chain Officer will maintain data accuracy in reporting material flows, procurement status, and logistics performance, while ensuring alignment between project execution timelines and material availability.

    Key Responsibilities
    Data Management & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze supply chain data to monitor material flow, lead times, and delivery performance.
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on procurement, logistics, and inventory activities.
    • Maintain accurate dashboards on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock turnover, supplier delivery accuracy, and cost performance.
    • Support management with data analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

    Operational Coordination:

    • Liaise with site procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on material needs and delivery schedules.
    • Support integration between site operations and the Central Supply Chain Office for timely decision-making.
    • Assist in the preparation of demand forecasts and project material requirements.

    Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure all supply chain activities are accurately documented and auditable.
    • Maintain compliance with TIMS procurement and logistics policies.
    • Support audit preparation by providing validated reports and records.

    Process Optimization and Support:

    • Analyze inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose improvement initiatives.
    • Assist in implementing digital tools for tracking and analytics.
    • Support performance reviews of suppliers and logistics partners through data-based evaluation.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
    • Experience: 7+years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or project logistics (preferably in construction, healthcare, or infrastructure).
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
    • Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork ability.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong numerical and analytical thinking.
    • Ability to manage multiple data sources and produce actionable insights.
    • Good knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory operations.

    Storekeeper / Store Officer

    Role Summary

    • The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and efficient control of all materials, equipment, and consumables at the Ibom International Hospital project site.
    • The role will ensure 100% traceability of materials using Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and Universal Product Codes (UPCs), proper storage practices, and full documentation of receipts and issues in compliance with company inventory policies.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory and Storage Management:

    • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
    • Tag and label all materials using SKUs and UPCs for tracking and reporting.
    • Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and digital updates to the central inventory system.
    • Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts, ensuring ≥98% reconciliation accuracy.

    Material Issuance and Documentation:

    • Issue materials to project teams based on approved requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.
    • Maintain daily material movement logs and ensure full visibility of stock status.
    • Report low-stock and overstock conditions promptly to the Inventory Supervisor.

    Warehouse Organization and Safety:

    • Ensure clean, orderly, and safe storage of materials according to category and handling requirements.
    • Monitor expiry, damage, and obsolescence of stored items and escalate promptly.
    • Support internal audits and maintain zero incidents of missing or undocumented materials.

    Requirements

    • Education: OND / HND / Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in storekeeping or inventory management (construction or industrial project experience preferred).
    • Strong understanding of SKU/UPC systems and material classification.
    • Proficiency in ERP or Excel-based inventory tracking tools.
    • Integrity, accuracy, and commitment to accountability.
    • Familiarity with inventory systems.
    • Strong organizational and record keeping skills.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Strong integrity and accountability in material handling.
    • Basic numerical and reporting skills.
