    Inventory Analyst

    Description

    • The Inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
    • This role involves forecasting demand, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining product availability.
    • The Inventory Analyst collaborates closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to optimize stock levels in accordance with business needs.

    Key Responsibilities
    Inventory Monitoring & Analysis:

    • Track inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers.
    • Analyze stock movements, turnover rates, and demand patterns.
    • Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

    Forecasting & Planning:

    • Develop demand forecasts using historical data and market trends.
    • Recommend reorder points and safety stock levels.
    • Collaborate with procurement to align purchasing with demand.
    • Process Improvement:
    • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and obsolescence.
    • Suggest process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
    • Support automation and digital tools for inventory management.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to align inventory strategies.
    • Provide insights to support product launches and seasonal demand.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards for management decision-making.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • 4 years + progressive experience in sales especially in FMCG, Telecoms, banking, luxury retail etc.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
    • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

    Business Development Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

    Job Summary

    • They are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Manager who will be involved in managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
