As a Pandora Agency Creative Designer Intern, your role will focus on crafting innovative and visually appealing designs that align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
You’ll work closely with the team to conceptualize and execute designs for social media, campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in all visual outputs.

Responsibilities
Assist in studying design briefs and determining requirements.
Support the scheduling of projects and defining creative priorities.
Collaborate to conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Prepare drafts and contribute to idea presentations.
Learn and assist in developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
Apply appropriate colors, layouts, and design principles to each project.
Work alongside copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs.
Test graphics across various media platforms.
Incorporate feedback into revised designs.
Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
Requirements
A keen interest in creative design, with some prior experience or coursework in graphic design (experience with motion design is a plus).
Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
A strong willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
A flair for video editing and animation is a bonus.
A creative eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Under the guidance of the Creative Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in enhancing audience engagement and bringing ideas to life through motion.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design motion graphics and video content.
Assist in analyzing project briefs to determine animation and video requirements.
Create storyboards, rough drafts, and mock-ups to present ideas effectively.
Develop engaging animations, transitions, and video effects using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Ensure consistency across designs by applying appropriate colors, styles, and layouts.
Test animations across platforms to guarantee quality and compatibility.
Revise designs based on team feedback and project requirements.
Deliver visually appealing, on-brand final outputs that align with project goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Proficiency in motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design work.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
Creativity, innovation, and keen attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects remotely.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
