Motion Designer Intern at Pandora Agency Limited

• Are you passionate about creating engaging motion graphics and animations that tell compelling stories? At Pandora Agency we are  looking for a creative and driven Motion Design Intern to join our team.
• As a Motion Design Intern, you’ll work remotely, collaborating with the content and social media teams to produce visually captivating animations and videos that elevate the brand’s presence. Under the guidance of the Creative Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in enhancing audience engagement and bringing ideas to life through motion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design motion graphics and video content.
• Assist in analyzing project briefs to determine animation and video requirements.
• Create storyboards, rough drafts, and mock-ups to present ideas effectively.
• Develop engaging animations, transitions, and video effects using tools like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Ensure consistency across designs by applying appropriate colors, styles, and layouts.
• Test animations across platforms to guarantee quality and compatibility.
• Revise designs based on team feedback and project requirements.
• Deliver visually appealing, on-brand final outputs that align with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Proficiency in motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and design work.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
• Creativity, innovation, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
