    Talent Placement Intern

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
    • Must have completed the NYSC program.
    • Resides in Abuja and is available to work in a Hybrid setting.
    • 3–5 years of experience in staffing, secondment, or contract recruitment (preferably in the Dutch or Benelux market).
    • Strong knowledge of regional employment regulations and secondment practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
    • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities, especially under fast-moving timelines.
    • Prior experience placing tech professionals is a strong advantage.
    • Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
    • Comfortable working with international clients in a remote or hybrid setting.

    Responsibilities

    • Source secondment and contract staffing opportunities through job boards, company portals, and targeted market research.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR departments, and client stakeholders across the Netherlands and Benelux.
    • Gather client requirements and translate them into clear talent profiles or job descriptions.
    • Submit qualified candidates and manage the CV review process.
    • Coordinate interviews between clients and tech professionals, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback.

    Requirement
