    Internal Control Executive

    Summary:

    The Internal Control Executive is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of an effective internal control framework. This role involves evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, identifying areas of risk, and recommending improvements to mitigate those risks. The Internal Control Executive works collaboratively with various departments to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the internal control framework, including policies, procedures, and control documentation (e.g., process narratives, risk and control matrices).
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation of key controls and processes.
    • Support the annual review and update of the control framework.
    • Conduct testing of key controls to assess their design and operating effectiveness.
    • Document testing procedures, findings, and conclusions in a clear and concise manner.
    • Identify control deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
    • Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely remediation.
    • Participate in risk assessments to identify and evaluate key business risks.
    • Assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation activities.
    • Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on internal controls and compliance.
    • Collaborate with various departments to understand their processes and controls.
    • Communicate control deficiencies and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Participate in special projects related to internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal control function.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
    • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
    • Experience with control testing and documentation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Business Development Executive (Oil and Gas)

    Job description

    • Identify and approach potential clients, including transportation companies and industries
    • Conduct site visits, prepare site visit report and drafting comprehensive commercial proposals based on the needs of the client and our offerings.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Conduct regular customer satisfaction activities and do the reporting appropriately
    • Attend industry related events for networking and collaborations

     Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients.

    Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Coordinate with the legal team to ensure the preparation, negotiation and execution of Gas Sales Purchase Agreement (GSPA) with the clients
    • Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure gas is delivered promptly to the clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company’s offerings.
    • Coordinate with the F & A department to ensure GSPA is applied appropriately in terms of invoicing and payments

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business development efforts on Salesforce promptly.

    • Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

    Electrical Engineer

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment within our plant and client stations. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving electrical performance, as well as collaborating with various teams and contractors on electrical installations and projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze plant electrical data to identify issues and improve equipment performance.
    • Power Supply Management: Ensure a reliable and uninterrupted power supply to the plant.
    • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment and panels, both independently and as part of a team.
    • Safety and Efficiency: Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical equipment, including diesel generators, electric motors, motor control panels, and circuit breakers.
    • Instrumentation Systems: Oversee the operation of plant instrumentation and control systems for compressing and decanting compressed natural gas.
    • Project Coordination: Coordinate electrical installation projects at both the plant and client stations, working effectively with team members.
    • Commissioning and Decommissioning: Manage the commissioning and decommissioning of Pressure Regulating and Metering Stations (PRMS) at client locations.
    • Collaboration with Contractors: Work alongside third-party contractors on projects involving electrical equipment servicing and PRMS installations.
    • Instrumentation Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain instrumentation and control devices for measuring and controlling pressure, flow, temperature, and level.
    • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to integrate instrumentation and controls into larger systems and assist with instrument calibration.
    • Design and Implementation: Participate in the design and development of new instrumentation and control systems.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams for both preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems.
    • Training and Support: Deliver training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on electrical and instrumentation systems.
    • PLC and HMI Maintenance: Maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to ensure efficient user interaction with automated systems.
    • Control Panel Design: Design, install, and maintain control panels for new electrical equipment and devices while adhering to safety standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in a plant or industrial environment.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
    • Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical equipment and panels.
    • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in electrical engineering.
