    Internal Compliance and Control Officer

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Compliance and Control Officer to join our compliance team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control systems, ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant regulations, operational standards, and internal policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure they align with legal and regulatory requirements and the company's goals.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate and perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, operational processes, and compliance with policies.
    • Maintain records of compliance activities, audits,and findings.
    • Provide training to employees on compliance and internal control procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field. Professional certifications, such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
    • 3-6 years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or a related field. Experience in regulatory compliance, internal controls, or auditing is preferred.

    Skils:

    • Strong understanding of internal control systems, risk management practices, and compliance standards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex compliance issues clearly and concisely.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Human Resources / Administrative Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team.
    • As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
    • You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the company's strategy and objectives.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources or related field; a Master’s degree in HR management will be a plus
    • Must be a female
    • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles
    • People-oriented and results-driven.
    • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Ability to architect a strategy, along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
