    Information Security Technology Lead

    We are hiring for a client of ours in the Technology space.

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
    Job Summary

    The Information Security Technology Lead will be responsible for implementing and maintaining organization-wide information security policies, standards, and procedures. S/he will also be responsible for providing security awareness education to both internal and external customers.
    Job Description

    • Identify vulnerabilities in the current network through periodic external and internal vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) with the appropriate penetration testing tools.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to secure the computing network of the organization by designing and implementing industry-standard firewalls, network access controls and antivirus/antimalware solutions.
    • Collaborate with management and the Head of IT unit to improve information security.
    • Document any information security breaches and assess their damage.
    • Educate colleagues about information security/software and best practices for information security by conducting regular trainings with the aim of reinforcing information security standards.
    • Monitor network usage to ensure compliance with security policies set by the Information Security department as well as the Regulatory requirements (NDPR, GDPR, ISO.)
    • Keep up to date with developments in IT security standards, systems and threats.
    • Regular Full and incremental backups of critical systems (Windows/Linux servers) within the organization and on the Cloud using SIEM Backup tools (Acronis+Google Cloud & Cybercloud VM Weekly replication, Wazuh SIEM, Nagios XI SIEM, SolarWinds Pingdom)
    • Providing engineering support to In-house (Laptops, Servers)/On-Premise customer servers/Cloud servers.
    • Generating monthly security reports on security incidents that occurred during the month.
    • Assigning domain/e-mail users privileges and accounts to all employees
    • Custodian of Critical system passwords, key files and certificates.
    • Manage payments/renewal of Internet/Domain/SSL/Hosting/Backup Subscription with Cybercloud, ICN, Acronis, FiberOne, Spectranet, SWIFT Networks, Comodo/DigiCert SSL.

    Sales Officer

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
    Job Description

    • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets
    • Drive new product sales
    • Forecast and deliver against substantial revenue targets and achieve the assigned sales volume
    • Identify new business opportunities and follow-up the defined business opportunities
    • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
    • Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.
    • Handle sales process from prospecting through close and understand process.
    • Prepare and engage in business development team status meetings.
    • Engage in educational meetings on product development and updates.
    • Coordinate with management team to enhance sales presentation.
    • Meet productivity metrics as per management team’s directions.

    Requirements

    • 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales of software with excellent customer service
    • Sound knowledge of closing sales and winning customers
    • Excellent knowledge about software and its various models
    • Must have excellent communication skills

    Key Account Manager

    We are hiring for a client of ours in the Technology space.

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
    Job Description

    • Sell our client’s products and services directly to existing and new accounts.
    • Meet planned sales goals.
    • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
    • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
    • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
    • Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling and cross-selling to the existing customer base
    • Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure
    • Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
    • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities
    • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service
    • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
    • Liaise with marketing department on lead generation.
    • Promote the organization and product.
    • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

    Requirements

    • University Degree or its equivalent, preferably in Business, Computer / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Computer Science is required
    • Relevant experience in the sales of IT services & software solutions.
