    Human Resources (HR) Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and oversee recruitrment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employess.
    • Administer employee programs and ensure compliances with relevant regulations.
    • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work place culture.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
    • Assisit in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • collaborate with management to identify training and developmen needs.
    • Manage performance apprasial processes and employee rcongnition programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR officer or similar role, preferably in the banking and or finacial industry
    • CIPM, SHRM, CIPD is also an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of HR best practices, Labor laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft office suite.
    • Must have NYSC certificate.
    • Must be a female.

    Sales Attendant

    Responsibilities 

    • Sell product and services to customers in friendly and professional manners.
    • Provide personilization product recommendation based on customer needs and preferrence.
    • Demonstrate indept knowledge of cosmestics and skin care products.
    • Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale(POS) system.
    • Maintain a clean and organised store enviroment.
    • Maintain positive relationship with customers.
    • Monitor and replenish stock on the sales floor.
    • Stayed informe about new product launches and promotions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE
    • Previous experiencein retail or customer service,preferably in a beauty store.
    • Excellent communication and work ethics
    • Have social media knowledge to be able to handle emails, text and phone calls.
    • Basic knowledge of beauty trends and skin care rouitines.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceeds sales goals.
