Job Summary

• As the Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening all HR functions within the clinic, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, performance management, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, background verification, and employee documentation processes
• Manage payroll, statutory remittances (PAYE, Pension), HMO enrollment, and employee benefits administration
• Develop, implement, and audit HR policies, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and performance management systems
• Ensure 100% compliance with Nigerian labor laws and healthcare regulatory requirements (including professional license tracking)
• Analyze HR metrics, prepare management reports, and drive workforce planning and training initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; CIPM certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 4 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or standalone HR role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, statutory compliance, HR frameworks, and healthcare regulatory standards
• Experience building HR structures, policies, and systems from the ground up

• As the Mini Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods within Lagos, ensuring proper handling of products, adherence to delivery schedules, and compliance with road safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company goods to designated locations within Lagos
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and secure handling of products during transit
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery and trip records
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety standards, and company delivery procedures
• Report any vehicle faults, delays, or delivery issues promptly

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• Valid driver’s license with proven experience operating mini trucks
• Minimum of 3 years’ driving experience within Lagos road networks
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professional conduct
