    Human Resources Business Partner

    About the Job

    • Constantly identifies and realizes opportunities / initiatives for productivity improvements (Headcount, outsourcing, delayering of org design)
    • Performs exit interviews for the shopfloor/Front line population in line with company processes
    • Monitors the People Cost and makes sure that respective actions are in place to improve
    • People Cost % of Net Sales Revenue (NSR).
    • Supports On boarding and induction for front line leaders and below
    • Ensures each member of the function understands results expected from them.

    Requirements

    • 5 years proven track record of HR business partnership, preferably in FMCG company
    • Working experience in the HR area of the F&B sector will be a competitive advantage
    • Strong business awareness combined with solid functional expertise
    • Proven experience in managing people and senior stakeholders
    • General knowledge on the most important HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Engagement, Rewards, HR Services, Budgeting, Industrial Relations) & KBIs.
    • Knowledge & Understanding of Relevant HR Policies and Labor law.

    Audit Manager

    About the Job

    • Plan and conduct audits to assess controls, operational efficiencies & compliance with selected policies, procedures & regulations in accordance with the annual audit plan.
    • Ensure that the audit activity is of high quality and in conformance with the IIA Standards and the CAD Operating Handbook.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / University Degree Level education in Accounting or a Finance related subject.
    • 10 years of experience in an audit leadership position, demonstrating high proficiency in financial and comprehensive auditing, risk management and people management.
    • Accounting /auditing related professional qualifications such as at a minimum ICAN, ACA, ACCA.
    • Additional, CIA, CFE, CISA or equivalent qualifications desirable.

    Shopper and Consumer Media Senior Manager

    What You’ll Do for Us

    • Lead on the tactical and operational plans executing organizational strategy in alignment with organization objectives, recommending operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results.
    • Lead negotiations in paid media investments against national and local media (TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Digital, etc.) and customer media, social and search efforts with the support of media agencies.

    Requirements
