    Human Resources Assistant

    Job Overview

    • The HR Administrative Assistant will support various HR functions, assist with administrative tasks, and handle general HR queries, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days of
    • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
    • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs

    Requirements

    • Previous working experience as an HR assistant for at lease 2 years
    • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Knowledge of HR software

    Field Patrol Officer

    Job Overview

    • Supervision and monitoring of security operatives through patrolling of various locations.
    • Attend to client complaint and meet the client’s target daily.
    • Assisting finance department with collection of cheques and distribution of invoices.
    • Deployment/education of new guards on JD, SOP and Post orders of their allocated beats.
    • Identify potential security deficiencies and recommend appropriately to the benefit of our mutual relationship.
    • Identify and mitigate risk at client’s premises and recommend appropriately in writing with thorough follow up.
    • Write security report /daily reporting of observation in the line of duty to ensure proper documentation and facilitate review for action.
    • Oversee activities of operatives deployed and enforcing compliance on acceptable standards and on the client’s peculiarity and needs.
    • Daily review of operational matters with a view to proffering effective and efficient innovations/solutions.
    • Communicate any security matter to, and through appropriate channels in writing.
    • Create relationship synergies between clients and the company as well as sustain a trustful working environment.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Ability to ride motorbike for efficiency in carrying out daily responsibility
    • Management course or relevant studies
    • Must possess 2-4 years’ experience in security operations
    • Security professional certification would be an added advantage
    • Must have no criminal record
    • Must possess good communication skills and ability to manage people effectively
    • Must be disciplined and have a keen eyes for details.
    • Must have a good knowledge of road network
    • Must be client oriented.
    • Applicant with security guard' s experience may also apply with ability to ride motorbike.

    Vetting Officer

    Job Overview

    • Ensure proper vetting and background checks are carried out on all operatives and staff
    • Confirms the eligibility of the prospective employee’s guarantor.
    • Confirms the correctness or otherwise of the information provided in the staff file.
    • Carries out criminal checks with the police
    • Undertakes investigation of incidences and recommends as appropriate
    • Prepares weekly reports of activities on vetting and investigations.

    Requirements
