    Human Resource Executive

    Job Summary

    • The HR Executive will be primarily responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions.
    • The role requires hands-on sourcing experience, stakeholder coordination, and ownership of hiring closures, along with limited involvement in HR operations and onboarding.

    Key Responsibilities
    Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
    • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
    • Coordinate technical/managerial interviews and follow up for feedback.

    • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
    • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
    • Experience hiring for multiple roles / functions is preferred.

    Job Summary

    • The Production Planning Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring production schedules to meet demand, optimize capacity, and ensure timely delivery.
