    Customer Service Associate

    • If you have experience in logistics, understand journey planning, and can communicate confidently in both English and Hausa, we would love to speak with you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer inquiries and ensure high service satisfaction
    • Support journey planning and geofencing operations
    • Monitor trips and escalate deviations
    • Use CRM and fleet management software effectively
    • Follow established SOPs and maintain process discipline
    • Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time
    • Support account management and customer retention

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in logistics
    • Experience with journey planning and geofencing
    • Working knowledge of CRM and fleet management systems
    • Strong communication skills in English and Hausa
    • Strong problem solving ability
    • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
