    Human Capital Manager

    Objective:

    •  Responsible for driving efficient and consistent implementation of key people processes, including workforce planning, talent review, performance management, and career development; as well as advising management on potential people risks and strategic decisions in alignment with business objectives.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead HC agenda and partner with senior management teams to formulate and implement a transformational talent agenda aimed at recruiting, developing, and retaining the best talent in line with business needs and corporate process.
    • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HC strategy with business unit leaders, in alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals and objectives.
    • Drive collaboration among cross-functional teams to co-create institutional and customized programs and to ensure that the best practices are embedded into all processes, tools, and frameworks.
    • Partner with department heads to identify and address key talent management challenges, in areas of recruitment, retention, and development of top talent.
    • Proactively provide strategic guidance and support to unit leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
    • Enhance organizational effectiveness through consistent implementation and best practices of talent reviews, performance management, and appropriate staff development and rotation plans.
    • Ensure that HC policy applications are consistent with company policies and that any policy adjustments needed for business-related needs are brought into the policy development process in a timely manner.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
    • Drive effective HC teams and programs that bring organization-wide trust and value for HC functions through promoting employee engagement and enabling a high-performing workforce to contribute to company’s strategic growth.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., human resource management, organizational development, business administration or related discipline).
    • At least 10 years of experience in positions of increasing complexity and responsibility in Human Resources.
    • Possesses the ability to work effectively and efficiently communicate well.
    • Collaborates and works effectively with groups and teams.
    • Is proactive in meeting business needs as well as addressing foreseeable challenges.
    • Must be good with Data & Record Management, Execution, Performance Management, Policy Formulation & Implementation

    Relationship Manager (Real Estate)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a strong network of real estate professionals, investors, and potential clients.
    • Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and marketing efforts.
    • Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
    • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties according to their specific needs and goals.
    • Negotiate and structure real estate transactions to ensure win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
    • Manage all aspects of the client relationship, exceeding expectations through exceptional service.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential investors
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing properties and investment opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a strong referral network with industry partners (mortgage lenders, attorneys, etc.).
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and set goals for lead generation and sales.
    • Contribute to the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and collaborating on client strategies.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in real estate or a closely related field.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
    • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including local market trends and property types.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
    • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
