    HSE Officer

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system.
    • This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in HSE management, particularly in the industrial catering or a related field.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain the HSE management system, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
    • Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, ensuring they are equipped to work safely and efficiently.
    • Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborate with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
    • Monitor and report on HSE performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Conduct regular site inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science).
    • Proven experience in an HSE role, preferably in the industrial catering or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH).
    • Experience with HSE management systems and software.
    • Familiarity with industrial catering operations and food safety regulations.

    Human Resources / Administrative Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant/Administrative to support our HR team.
    • This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and administrative tasks.
    • The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, focusing on recruitment, employee data management, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.

    Requirements

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
