    HR Operations Officer (Exotic Dancer Management)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Female HR Operations (Dancer’s Management) professional a structured, emotionally intelligent, and highly disciplined individual who will be responsible for overseeing all HR, welfare, documentation, and compliance processes concerning our exotic dancers.

    Key Responsibilities
    HR Operations & Documentation Management:

    • Maintain complete HR files (digital and physical) for all exotic dancers — including contracts, IDs, visas, medicals, and welfare logs.
    • Update HRMS systems to track attendance, performance, grievances, and payouts.
    • Conduct monthly HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and immigration standards.
    • Track all recoupable costs (visa, travel, housing) in coordination with Finance.
    • Ensure total confidentiality and ethical management of personal and professional records.

    Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding:

    • Support recruitment and selection of both local and expatriate dancers aligned with brand image and HR standards.
    • Manage all pre-arrival processes: contract signing, travel coordination, and accommodation setup.
    • Lead orientation sessions, ensuring all dancers understand policies, welfare systems, and performance expectations.
    • Guarantee that all dancers sign and acknowledge HR and conduct agreements before deployment.

    Welfare Management & Employee Experience:

    • Serve as the primary HR welfare and emotional support officer for all dancers.
    • Oversee housing, feeding, healthcare access, and personal safety measures.
    • Conduct periodic welfare assessments and escalate critical issues when needed.
    • Coordinate approved cosmetic or medical procedures discreetly and ethically.
    • Mediate grievances with empathy and professionalism using HR best practices.

    Visa, Travel & Immigration Compliance:

    • Handle visa applications, renewals, and documentation for all expatriate dancers.
    • Coordinate with embassies, legal consultants, and travel agencies for compliance.
    • Maintain a real-time database of entry, exit, and visa expiration dates.

    Discipline, Conduct & Movement Oversight:

    • Enforce discipline and conduct policies with fairness and consistency.
    • Approve and log all dancer movements within or outside the club premises.
    • Investigate misconduct or policy breaches and recommend HR actions (warnings, suspensions, terminations).
    • Maintain attendance, lateness, and behavioral logs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
    • 4–6 years of HR experience in hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife industry.
    • Proven experience handling welfare, documentation, and compliance functions.
    • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse personalities.
    • Must be flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and special events.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.

    Poise, Elegance & Style Coordinator

    Description

    • The Poise, Elegance & Style Coordinator is the guardian of our brand’s image and class presentation on the floor.
    • She ensures that every Concierge, Hostess, Bottle Girl, and Glorification team member not only looks the part but moves, smiles, and performs in a way that exudes premium confidence and hospitality charm.
    • This role sits at the intersection of guest experience, aesthetics, and performance, ensuring that elegance is not just seen but felt in every guest interaction and glorification moment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Presentation & Image Standards:

    • Define, maintain, and enforce grooming, dressing, and poise standards across floor teams (Hostesses, Concierges, Bottle Girls, etc.).
    • Conduct regular checks before operation to ensure all staff meet presentation standards.
    • Coordinate with HR and Supervisors on grooming briefings and pre-opening checks.

    Style & Performance Direction:

    • Direct the look, posture, and composure of all service staff throughout the night.
    • Curate and train staff on elegant movement, smile etiquette, and guest approach techniques.
    • Assist in curating bottle service glorifications — from music cues to walk-ins — ensuring every presentation is seamless, stylish, and brand-aligned.

    Glorification & Guest Experience Oversight:

    • Lead all glorification moments, ensuring each bottle parade reflects the club’s premium energy and luxury feel.
    • Work closely with the Head Sister, Operations Supervisor, and DJ to synchronize performance timing and ambience.
    • Ensure glorification props, costumes, and aesthetics are always clean, coordinated, and ready for performance.

    Training & Coordination:

    • Conduct weekly grooming and etiquette sessions with the Bottle Girls, Hostesses, and Concierge teams.
    • Collaborate with the House Mum and Sister to improve the team’s body language, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Prepare new recruits for stage and floor readiness before their first shift.

    Brand Ambassadorship:

    • Represent the club’s elegance standards across all guest-facing touchpoints.
    • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall luxury ambience and visual experience of the club.
    • Support management in developing new style concepts for themed nights or premium events.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in high-end hospitality, fashion coordination, or event performance management.
    • Background in luxury clubs, lounges, hospitality brands, or fashion/etiquette training preferred.
    • Strong understanding of luxury brand behavior, elegance, and poise etiquette.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Eye for aesthetics, body language, and presentation dynamics.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
