    HR Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions within our organization.
    • The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a sales-driven or pharmaceutical company and be capable of managing workforce operations in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
    • Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
    • Implement and monitor performance management systems (especially for sales teams)
    • Coordinate staff training and development programs
    • Manage compensation, payroll inputs, and sales incentive structures

    Account Officer

    Job Summary 

    • The Account Officer is responsible for providing administrative assistant in simple accounting task such as record keeping, data entry, and documentation.
    • This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who has little experience and willing to learn both administrative and basic finance function.
