About the Job

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team in Lekki Phase 1.
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hotel industry and a strong understanding of hospitality service standards.
• This role is critical in supporting our people operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including staff records, payroll support, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training programs tailored to hospitality operations.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure HR policies are implemented in line with hotel standards and labor regulations.
• Provide timely reports to management on HR metrics and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 5-10 years of experience.
• Proven HR administration experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and hospitality service culture.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Duties

• A housekeeper is responsible for taking care of a Hotel building’s general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests.
• Their duties include cleaning floors, making beds and dusting surfaces throughout the Hotel.
• A Housekeeper needs to clean the work area to the standards of Limewood Villa Hotel.
• This requires attention to detail, physical strength and the stamina to work long shifts.

Here are examples of a Housekeeper’s duties:

• Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guests’ possessions and privacy issues.
• Provide basic housekeeping duties, including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out.
• Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.
• Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the supervisor.
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
• Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
• Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests.
• Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass.
• Collect and remove trash and debris.
• Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing and sorting linen.
• Report, turn in and log all lost and found items.
• Clean upholstered furniture.
• Perform detailed deep cleans when required.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
