    Hotel Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and business-savvy Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property.
    • In this role, you will be the strategic leader responsible for maximizing profitability, maintaining flawless service standards, and fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.
    • You will bridge the gap between high-level financial planning and front-line guest interactions, ensuring our hotel remains a premier destination.

    Key Responsibilities
    Daily Operations & Guest Experience:

    • Service Excellence: Oversee all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Maintenance, ensuring they meet or exceed brand standards.
    • Guest Relations: Maintain a strong visible presence in public areas. Actively engage with guests, resolve escalated complaints with diplomacy, and implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction metrics (TripAdvisor, Google, internal surveys).
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure immaculate cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper asset maintenance.

    Financial Management & Revenue Strategy:

    • P&L Ownership: Manage the annual operating budget, control labor costs, monitor departmental expenses, and drive profitability.
    • Revenue Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management and Sales teams to optimize Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) through dynamic pricing and corporate group bookings.
    • Procurement: Oversee vendor contracts, purchasing agreements, and inventory controls across F&B and rooms division.

    Team Leadership & Talent Development:

    • Culture Builder: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
    • Performance Management: Establish clear departmental KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster an environment of accountability and growth.
    • Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.

    Required Qualifications & Experience
    Experience & Education:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent senior-level luxury hospitality experience will be considered).
    • Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years as a Hotel Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Director of Rooms/F&B.

    Core Competencies & Skills:

    • Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or HMS, along with modern Point of Sale (POS) and MS Office suite.
    • Financial Acumen: Strong capability in analyzing financial statements, forecasting demand, and executing cost-control measures.
    • Crisis Management: Proven ability to remain calm, decisive, and professional during emergencies, power outages, or medical incidents.

    Cybersecurity Analyst

    Job Description

    • As Cybersecurity Analyst you will investigate breaches, and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Threat Monitoring: Continuously monitor network traffic and system logs using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools to identify anomalies.
    • Incident Response: Triage and investigate security alerts in real-time, determine the severity of threats, and execute action plans to stop attacks.
    • Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration tests, and system audits to find and patch weaknesses before bad actors exploit them.
    • Security Optimization: Install, upgrade, and configure security software like firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection programs.
    • Reporting & Training: Document security breaches, compile metrics for management, and train employees on cybersecurity best practices.

    RF / POP Engineer

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for an RF / POP Engineer to bridge the gap between our wireless access infrastructure and our core network backbone.

    Key Responsibilities
    RF Engineering & Wireless Infrastructure:

    • Link Planning: Perform path analysis and site surveys for Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PtMP) microwave/millimeter-wave backhaul links.
    • Spectrum Management: Monitor frequency utilization, mitigate interference, and perform channel planning to optimize throughput and signal quality.
    • Hardware Deployment: Oversee the installation, alignment, and commissioning of outdoor radio units, antennas, GPS sync modules, and surge suppression systems.
    • Performance Optimization: Analyze SNR, RSSI, and modulation rates to troubleshoot connectivity issues and improve link stability.

    POP Infrastructure & Operations:

    • Site Management: Maintain physical POP sites (data centers, telecom shelters, or tower cabinets), ensuring proper power distribution (DC/AC), grounding, environmental cooling, and cable management.
    • Network Integration: Rack, stack, and configure aggregation switches and edge routers to terminate local wireless and fiber loops into the network core.
    • Capacity Planning: Monitor port utilization and bandwidth saturation at POP sites; execute hardware upgrades as required by traffic growth.
    • Security & Compliance: Enforce physical security protocols at remote sites and ensure all installations adhere to telecommunications safety and building codes.

    Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
    Technical Competencies:

    • Wireless Technologies: Deep understanding of wireless standards (e.g., 802.11ac/ax, LTE/5G, proprietary microwave systems like Cambium, Ubiquiti, Aviat, or Ceragon).
    • Networking Fundamentals: Solid grasp of OSI Layer 2/3 (VLANs, Subnetting, OSPF/BGP, Static Routing).
    • Physical Layer: Proficiency in fiber optic handling (cleaning, splicing, SFP installation) and structured copper cabling (Cat6/Cat6A).
    • Tools: Experience with RF planning software (e.g., LinkPlanner, Pathloss) and network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, or NetFlow).

    Education & Experience

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent field-certified experience).
      Experience: 3 years in a field engineering, tower climbing, or ISP operations role.
