    Head of Operations

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations and drive the growth and efficiency of the company.
    • Ability to optimize processes and achieving operational excellence.
    • Ensuring that all operational aspects of the business run smoothly and align with the company's strategic goals.
    • Drive operational strategy and planning to ensure process improvement.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. (Must have a Master’s Degree or MBA is an added advantage)
    • Minimum of 10 years of proven years of experience as a Head of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and operational software.

    E-Commerce Manager

    Job Description

    • Responsible for overseeing and expanding the company’s online sales operations.
    • The role focuses on managing the e-commerce platform, developing and executing online sales strategies, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through digital channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing the overall e-commerce strategy
    • Managing and optimizing the company’s website and online store
    • Leading online marketing initiatives to drive traffic and conversions
    • Overseeing product listing, pricing, and digital merchandising
    • Monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements

    Requirements

    Key Requirements

    • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Must be Chartered by CIPM. (A professional HR certification is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
    • Proven experience managing core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations.

    Relevant Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
    • Demonstrated experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and succession management
    • Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office applications.
    • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and initiatives.
