    • As a Head of Marketing, you will lead and grow our marketing team to effectively scale our brands across Africa and into new markets – with a focus on building online and offline communities through social media, influencer, and offline marketing.

    Customer Service Associate

    Job Description

    • As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing information and resolving customer queries about our different games, the Carry1st Shop, or different payment options available to our customers.

    More specifically, in this role…

    • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via all our customer service channels
    • Forward and escalate issues to relevant departments and stakeholders
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of previous customer service experience
    • Familiarity with customer service software programs
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to synthesise and communicate complex ideas to both customers and team members
    • Willingness to cooperate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise
    • Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
