    Job Summary

    • The Head of Human Capital Management (HCM) is a strategic leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and executing the organization's human capital strategy.
    • This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation, and organizational culture.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Leadership:

    Technology and Analytics:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
    • Professional HR certification, such as SHRM, SPHR, or CIPM, is required.
    • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human capital strategies in complex, fast-paced environments.
    • Strong experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee development.

    Head, Admin

    Key Responsibilities

    • Shall conduct a need analysis and develop terms of reference of the Admin Department.
    • Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations in the Admin department by providing strategic leadership for the organization.
    • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures while putting systems in order to devise ways to streamline processes.
    • Shall develop and update departmental policies where needed.
    • Shall supervise the coordination of the entire Units in the Administrative department.
    • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.

    • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in administrative roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity overseeing administrative functions.
    • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution is required.
    • A minimum of 15 years of post-call experience in corporate law, with at least 7 years in a senior in-house or law firm leadership role.
    • Deep knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with senior executives, external stakeholders, and the public.
