    Driver

    Job Summary

    • You will be responsible for providing secure and timely transportation to and from various locations, maintaining the vehicle in top condition and ensuring the safety and comfort of the passengers.You need to be smart and dress well.

    Responsibilities

    • Safely transport Executive to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner.
    • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times, including regular servicing and cleaning.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
    • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at scheduled appointments and meetings.
    • Assist with loading and unloading luggage and other items as needed.
    • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with passengers and other staff.
    • Inspect and maintain the vehicle and all related equipment, putting in repair requests to HR & Admin. Team Lead as necessary to maintain safe operation.
    • Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and trip logs.
    • Work during weekends and in shifts.
    • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank.

    Personal Qualities & Qualifications
    Job Holder must possess the following:

    • Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Must have good communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Trustworthy & organized.
    • Attention to detail & thoroughness.
    • Atleast Secondary School Certificate.

    Required Experience:

    • Must have minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a similar position from reputable organization.

    Accounts Payable Officer

    Role in Summary

    • The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for providing reports on the company's financial exposures, coordinating with user departments on vendor payments, maintaining up-to-date records of vendor information and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.

    Main Duties

    • Prepare and provide reports on the company's financial exposures, including accounts payable and accruals.
    • Coordinate with user departments to ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors.
    • Verify and process vendor invoices and payment requests.
    • Process employees expense reports and reimbursement requests.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding vendor information management.
    • Prepare and present monthly payroll, payslip, departmental budgets, payment vouchers for approval.
    • Process vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Ensure that all payments are properly authorized and documented.
    • Provide payment advice to vendors on a timely basis.
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of vendor information, including contact details and payment terms.
    • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues.
    • Maintain filing and organization of payment confirmation, invoices and documentation.
    • Update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner.
    • Generating payment schedule in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Perform reconciliations including vendors/contractors statement reconciliations on a weekly basis.
    • Investigate & resolveVendors query on payments.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and report.
    • Report on Aged Payables plus other ad-hoc reporting where applicable.
    • Support Accounts team with necessary audit requirement.
    • Verifies Vendors accounts by reconciling monthly statements & related transactions.
    • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying & posting account transactions.
    • Preparation and payment of Monthly Sales Commission.
    • Any other Tasks assigned to you by the Management.

    Personal Qualities & Qualifications
    Job Holder must possess the following:

    • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable higher institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable, Data Entry or related experience
    • Good knowledge of financial software.
    • Attention to detail & thoroughness.
    • Analytical mind & ability to drive revenue collection at record time.
    • Demonstrates sense of urgency & tenacious at work.

    Required Experience:

    • Must have 3 years plus cognate experience in a similar position from reputable big organization.

    • Ensure vehicle papers are complete and timely report to HR & Admin. Team lead renewal of papers about to expire.
    • Ensure the vehicle is register with admin. for service at schedule time.
    • Adherence to Road safety laws and regulations.
    • Age Bracket:
    • 28 – 40 years of age.

    Security Operative

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in executive or corporate security roles.
    • Candidate must have a place of residence in Lekki Phase 1 environs
    • Proven background in security operations, preferably in high-risk or high-profile company.
    • Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug testing.
    • Para-military or law enforcement experience is an advantage.
    • Age Range: 25 - 35 years.
