    Graphic Designer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Establish and follow guidelines for each brand represented.
    • Social media content creation and organization of grid at all times - 3x per day content is posted on our pages.
    • Establish creative concepts and design To support brand message.
    • Conceptualize, Design and implement content marketing strategies within specified timeframe.
    • Coordinate with social media specialist and marketing manager. for necessary monthly content.
    • Design promotional material for physical events whenever needed.

    Job Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
    • 2 - 3 years work experience.
    • Portfolio/past work available.
    • Works on Adobe products: photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premier pro.
    • Video production and motion video production are a must.
    • Creative: thinks large scale, able to take a concept and develop it.
    • Efficient time management.
    • Able to work in fast paced environment.
    • Solid understanding of multimedia design, video creation, packaging, corporate identity, web design.
    • Ability to conceptualise and create creative ideas to highlight products such as bathroom and kitchen items.

    Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

    Job Descriprion

    • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
    • Define most important social media KPIs
    • Manage and oversee social media content
    • Measure the success of every social media campaign
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
    • Attend educational conferences
    • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

    Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
    • Great understanding of social media KPIs
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing
    • Excellent multitasking skills
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

    Regional Sales Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Among other duties, the Senior - Regional Sales Manager will:

    • Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
    • Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
    • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends
    • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships
    • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
    • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
    • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
    • Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
    • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

    Qualifications and Skills Required
    The occupant of this position should possess:

    • Minimum of B.Sc in Marketing or related field
    • Must have Northern Nigeria sales experience
    • People management ability is a must.
    • Professional Certification in Sales will be an added advantage.
