Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a Motion Designer with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of animation skills.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, LottieFiles, or similar animation software, alongside foundational design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
A strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character design.
Exceptional ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
