    Global Internship Program Manager

    About The Job

    • NielsenIQ Consumer Insights is looking for a Global Internship Program Manager to join our people transformation team.
    • The Global Internship Program Manager has direct responsibility to build and manage an internship program for our commercial organization across multiple countries.
    • This role will work closely with our NielsenIQ Early Career Director, HRBPs and the business to driving the global intern program strategy and infrastructure

    Responsibilities

    • Complete a thorough needs assessment and current state review of local intern programs
    • Design and build a globally scalable world class internship program that creates engagement and connection for interns across countries and provides opportunities to learn new skills, learn about our industry, and provide value to our clients
    • Design the commercial intern role and opportunities for development and connection across teams, building a sense of camaraderie across the program
    • Work closely with the talent acquisition team to coordinate recruitment and build strategy, representing the Consumer Insights business needs
    • Develop a global onboarding and engagement strategy for interns, coordinate and execute that strategy across the business
    • Coordinate with business leaders and HRBPs to identify intern roles per country and act as liaison to the Early Career Director
    • Support multiple projects which include the development and execution of programs that will require conducting internal and external research as well as coordination and administration / logistics for the program
    • You will create and own Early Career program metrics , analyzing the program’s performance, effectiveness, and return on investment and use a data-driven approach to integrate the program across the business function as a main source of junior talent .
    • You will collaborate with the employer branding to build a recognizable early career brand, university relationships , in continuation to the NIQ’s global brand, drawing the attention.

    Qualifications
    Eligibility & Skillset:

    • Bachelor's Degree required and 5+ years of early career or intern program management in a global environment
    • Proven track record of building and executing a global program in a matrix environment
    • Exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
    • Creative, out of the box thinker
    • Leadership presence and credibility to interact with all levels of employees and stakeholders, including senior leaders
    • Passionate about university recruiting and early career talent
    • Passion for employee career development and growing early career talent experience with program management or implementing organization wide career programs
    • Knowledgeable about internship program best practices.

    Global Career Development Manager

    About This Job

    • NielsenIQ Consumer Insights is looking for a Career Development Program Manager to join our people transformation team.
    • The Career Development Program Manager has direct responsibility to build and manage our Global Associate Development Program (GADP) and our Early Career Board of Directors Program.
    • This role will work closely with our business and HR to create and drive our development programs globally.
    • These development programs will be key to building the skills of our mid and early career talent across the organization, aligned to our strategic priorities.

    Responsibilities

    • Customize our GADP rotational program for our Consumer Insights business from design to execution
    • Lead and manage each phase of the GADP program: candidate selection, onboarding, rotation management, and off program role placement
    • Create and send program communications to both participants and stakeholders
    • Create and lead an early career board of directors program that creates opportunities for high potential early career talent to connect with peers globally, have exposure to leadership, and participate in regional/global projects
    • Connect development programs to our business strategy
    • Measure the ROI and effectiveness of the programs, ensuring year-over-year continuous improvement.
