Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic operations of the sites in accordance with company policies and standards to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Develop strategic goals which will help make a significant impact on growth of the company.
• Assist in fine tuning operational methods for the departments while improving the overall efficiency of the departments; Ensure operational costs are kept to a minimum
• Equip the new joiners with the knowledge, practical skills to carry out the day-to-day work-related tasks.
• Supervise and administer the sales and leasing administrators and ensure that they adhere to the company policies and procedures.
• Supervise the site operations manager to administer all the sales and leasing agents to ensure maximum compliance with all policies and procedures. Conduct operational audits and ensure processes are in compliance.
• Work effectively with the MD to implement various cost-effective policies and procedures and help maximize the revenues thus enhancing the profitability of the company.
• Liaise with the regulatory and governing bodies to ensure adherence to the set legal framework governing the real estate laws of Nigeria and, France and London.
• Manage and implement new IT Technical systems and software which can help improve the efficiency of the business by reducing the turnaround time to deliver business.
• Pro-actively strive to have an in-depth understanding and keep abreast of the new laws and regulations of the local and international property market and being aware of the current legal issues.
• Implement necessary checks and balance to mitigate operational risks across all departments and to ensure the best interest of the company.
• Ensure alignment of the department’s policies and objectives in line with the broad corporate policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 8 - 12 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N450,000 - N500,000 Monthly.

Responsibilities

• Review Client technical documentation and requirements
• Contribute in defining structural design premises contribute to the writing of the Project Structural Design Brief (roadmap of all the structural design and analyses work on the project)
• Liaise with other Project Specialists and Designers whenever required for a proper completion of the work assigned
• Design structural systems and components, pursuing objectives of sound engineering and design optimization in term of costs, fabrication simplicity, constructability and safety
• Carry out/Check/Supervise structural analyses
• Supervise/Approve steel structures design drawings
• Supervise setting up of bill of quantities or material take-off (MTO)
• Prepare, when required, specifications for structural fabrications and all related items such as bearing systems, bolts, cladding, grating, etc.
• Verify structural strength or dynamic behaviour of items designed by others (piping support Specialists, Vendors, technical building Suppliers, etc.)
• Perform field engineering activities
• Write design reports and calculation notes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor of Engineering with 6-8 years work experience.

Salary
N600,000 - N700,000 / Month.
