• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a FX Sales Manager.
• The FX Sales Manager will build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, drive sales of foreign exchange products, manage client portfolios, and provide market analysis and recommendations.
• They will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions, meet sales targets, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and staying updated with market trends to identify new opportunities are also integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in any relevant field.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in sales within the financial services sector (e.g., Banking, Microfinance, Insurance, Fintech, Investment Services, Pension, etc.).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
