Job Summary:

 As an FTTH Site Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of fiber optic networks. This role involves site surveys, installation supervision, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys to identify optimal fiber routes and installation methods.
• Supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on site surveys, installations, and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and customers.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic principles, networks, and transmission technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel to sites.

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Shipment Documentation Officer to join our logistics team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing all export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export and import documentation, including:
  • Commercial invoices
  • Packing lists
  • Bills of lading
  • Airway bills
  • Certificates of origin
  • Other relevant documents
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including:
  • Customs regulations
  • Export control regulations
  • Sanctions and embargoes
  • Other relevant regulations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance of shipments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including documentation and tracking information
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Identify and resolve documentation issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations, laws, and company policies, and apply this knowledge to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in shipment documentation, export/import operations, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of export and import regulations, including customs procedures and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
