    Front Desk Executive

    Our client, a Digital Marketing Agency is in need of Front Desk Executive. We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Executive to undertake receptionist and clerical duties and also serve as an intermediary between clients and the organization. The Front Desk personnel will be the face of the organization and will be responsible for creating the first impression.

    EXPERIENCE: 1 – 2 years
    EDUCATION: Minimum of OND

    Job Description

    • Welcome Guests and attend to them
    • Answer questions and resolve guests/customers’ complaints
    • Receive guests and ensure they are comfortable
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them
    • Keep updated records and files
    • Take up other duties as assigned

     Required Skills

    • Proven experience as Front Desk Executive
    • Ability to multitask
    • Proficient in English (oral and written)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Maintain current client relationship and identify areas of potential clients
    • Contacting potential partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Develop new sales area and improving sales through various methods
    • Collaborate with sales team to ensure requirement is met such as sales number and profit goals
    • Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Promote the company’s services
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
    • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
    • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
    • Manage special projects such as market research and industry benchmarking.
    • Take up other duties as assigned

    REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATION:

    • Applicants must have a good University degree in any relevant field of study. Candidate must have completed NYSC
