    Scope of Work
    Client Reception & Communication:

    • Welcome clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the agency.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
    • Provide accurate information about travel services, packages, and processes.

    Administrative Support:

    • Assist with appointment scheduling, meeting coordination, and visitor management.
    • Handle filing, data entry, correspondence, and other routine office tasks.
    • Maintain an organized and professional reception area at all times.

    Operational Assistance:

    • Support the sales and operations team with client documentation and booking confirmations.
    • Record and relay client feedback to the relevant departments for service improvement.
    • Assist with managing walk-in inquiries to ensure smooth service delivery.

    Compliance & Standards:

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and service protocols.

    Key Requirements

    • 2–4 years of verifiable experience in sales, partnership management, or client acquisition, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
    • Demonstrated ability to secure high-value clients and consistently achieve set targets.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
    • Proficiency with CRM platforms, booking systems, and relevant digital tools.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
    • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
