    Administrative Executive

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day administrative duties, including record entry and keeping, correspondence outside the company, and office support.
    • Provide client service and interface with clients both virtually and physically when necessary.
    • Monitor and record advertising campaign schedules, noting begin and end dates.
    • Proactively remind clients of their upcoming campaign expiry dates.
    • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to clients and company operations.
    • Take minutes for meetings and ensure accurate records are kept.
    • Keep tabs on regulatory and insurance information and expiry dates to ensure compliance.
    • Oversee office and equipment maintenance, ensuring the office is always kept in good condition.
    • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.

    Required Competencies and Skills:

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Strong sense of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
    • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • To fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
    • Minimum of HND/BSc certificate.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

    Office Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide general office support
    • Handle documents and run official errands
    • Maintain office organization and cleanliness
    • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of SSCE/ OND qualification
    • Must reside in Ikeja (strictly required)
    • Good communication skills
    • Smart, proactive, and dependable
