Job Description

• The Systems Engineer Ideally should be knowledgeable in almost all aspects of IT infrastructure like, Networking, Cloud, Virtualization, Operating Systems installations, troubleshooting and configurations, Software installations and configurations, VoIP, Computer Hardware troubleshooting, IT security, and network security.

Requirements

• 3 - 4 years related work experience in systems engineer.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Working knowledge of Operating Systems including Windows 2012, Windows 2008, Windows 10).
• Working knowledge of Server Hardware (preferably HP).
• Working knowledge of virtualization and containerization (e.g. VMware, Hyper V).
• Working knowledge of Networking Fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of Database Management Systems (e.g Sql, Oracle).
• Working knowledge of monitoring systems.
• Working knowledge of Systems integration.

Job Responsibilities
The Support Personnel will be responsible for:

• Tracking and ensuring all issues relating to data center
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with 2nd level support
• Providing IT support to staff and customers, as well as responding to server and network issues.
• Monitoring and performing on-going maintenance on servers and network equipment.
• Providing periodic preventive maintenance as scheduled on IT asset
• Additional roles may be defined as required and identified during the envisioning stage.

Qualification

• Candidates shold possess an OND in any Science background.
