    Offshore Logistics Coordinator M/F

    Job description

    SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a Offshore Logistics Coordinator to join its work force in Nigeria.

    Responsibilities include:

    • As Technical Logistics Department on Site, he is in permanent contact with Operations Logistics, Methods Logistics and Logistics Base in Lagos/ Port Harcourt / Onne. On site he reports directly to the Marine OM.
    • On site, he is the main correspondent of supply & surfers Master and Helicopters pilots and he has all authority to manage
      all Logistics means of the Site Offshore.
    • Organizes and coordinates, in contact with Operations Logistics in Port Harcourt / Onne all the supply vessels movements coming into Site and the Operations on the various installations based on the manifests, loading plans, and priorities.
    • Maintains a permanent contact with the different entities on the site (Rigs Superintendents, RSES, Construction, Projects) and identifies needs, priorities, and emergencies to coordinate with them the loading/unloading operations of supply in
      respect of Vessel Planning.
    • Ensures that supply vessels are unloaded and loaded in a professional, safe, and timely manner to avoid useless standby and optimize the means, check prior vessel departure that all have been loaded and the FWB is correctly filled.
    • Prepare the RLM manifest for all cargo backloaded onshore
    • Ensures that a stand-by vessel is dedicated to cover the needs of the offshore installations notably during helicopter landing and take-off in accordance with company rules and logistics procedures
    • Issues field daily vessel movement plan considering the priorities of various entities.
    • Ensures that stock level of Gas Oil and Portable Water (and Bulks) on the FSO, Installations, and the various support and supply vessels are followed up, in other to anticipate future needs.
    • He is the only person authorized on Site to modify the flight schedule, program and manifest of the helicopters according to the priorities, emergencies on site and possible degraded situations.
    • He holds the DAWINCI Key User role. Operates the DAWINCI system and supervises the PTS(DAWINCI) logistics assistant.
    • In case of MEDEVAC, he is the central point on site for Technical Logistics.
    • Organize and coordinate vessels STS Operations during AGO tankers offloads.
    • Organizes all intra-field personnel movements by means of Surfers and Personnel FROG/Basket if needed.
    • Makes sure that operations made by the surfer(s) intra-site are planned and executed in conformity with safety regulations.
    • Ensures that all passengers watch the correct safety video induction depending on the intended means of transport (Helicopter, Surfer, FROG)
    • POB management on the FSO, and on site, in respect to safety, accommodation and catering.
    • Monitors operations of the Catering sub-contractor; delivery of food supplies, POB and Charge-back.
    • Reports all anomalies primarily related to the helicopter, marine and cargo operation

    Profile

    • Participate in daily Logistics meeting, Safety Committee, Daily Marine Debrief, and Alarm/Drill Debrief on site as Logistics
      representative.
    • Prepares and sends a Daily Logistics Report and other reports to OIM and Tech-Log Services in Lagos/Port
      Harcourt/Onne.
    • Conducts Weekly FiFi/FRC drill exercises for all the vessels in the JVA Field.
    • Assumes duties of Muster Coordinator at the EGINA Control Room during emergency.
    • Apply, update, and improve the logistics procedures according to the identified needs on-siteRecord and submit to Management the weekly KPIs, prepare a monthly report of the main activities carried out during his rotation.

    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Minimum of HND in management sciences, sciences or engineering and good user of Microsoft excel, Windows packoffice,
      SAP (RLM -Logistic Offshore Management module) and PTS (Personnel Transportation Solution).
    • Fully conversant with relevant legislation (IMDG Code, CAP43, etc), Company Rules (Referential) and best practices.
    • Minimum of 3/5 years Oil and Gas Industry Experience in the Logistics/ Marine Ops.
    • Fully conversant with relevant legislation and practices
    • High level of organizational and planning skills
    • Ability to react and take decision according to last minute change.

    Medical Doctor M/F

    Job description

    • SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a Medical Doctor to join its work force in Nigeria.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Consultation, Diagnosis and Treatment of all Staff and their dependents including all authorized contracted personnel in Lagos.
    • Twice daily visit and review of the in-house hospitalized cases.
    • Referral of cases to Medical Specialists that need specialized attention to external clinics, when necessary, based on International best practices.

    Senior Stock Controller FOPS M/F

    Job description

    • SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a Senior Stock Controller FOPS to join its work force in Nigeria.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Responsible for providing stock management support for assigned lab offices and entity
    • Monitor and analyse stock to identify potential shortages and / or surpluses and propose remedial actions to technical administrator for validation.
    • Initiate material requirement planning (MRP) and purchasing process in close communication with
      technical administrators.
    • Periodically analyse and evaluate material requirement planning parameters and proposes changes for
      validation by technical administrator to support operations and optimise stock value
    • Process special stock movements (stock transfers, loan) as requested by technical administrators and
      hierarchy.
    • Process the integration of materials returned from field or contractors in liaison with the Technical
      Administrator and Logistics base.
    • Ensure that user requests are satisfied promptly through running of periodic reports on open STOs
      requests and liaise with warehouse personnel to enhance speedy processing of pending documents.
    • Track material reception, goods issue and quantity of materials stored in contractor premises - third party
      items and reconcile with SAP stock balances
    • Analyze items with work order in WECO/TECO and work order statuses and liaise with users and
      purchasing team to stop ongoing replenishment when necessary.
    • Participate in internal and external audits, support material reconciliations and provide relevant
      documentations as may be necessary.
    • Produce stock monthly consumption status reports for assigned lab offices before duet/triplet meetings.
    • Ensure the duet/triplet meetings hold as scheduled to review ongoing stock actions, identify blocking points
      / Improvement opportunities and implement mitigation actions, follow up action plans and ensure close out of same.
    • Ensure that accurate status of all outstanding orders is always available. Follow up purchase orders for
      assigned lab offices pending for delivery and send reminders to buyers where necessary.
    • Participates in inventories as necessary and support the reconciliation of variances between physical stock
      and SAP records including materials stored at third party.
    • Review Open Purchase Requisitions and Purchase orders and propose for cancellation materials that may
      no longer be needed for operations in collaboration with the entities (Domain) and procurement
      department.
    • Periodically analyse stock (Logistics delivery efficiency reports) to identify factors contributing to declining
      stock service levels.
    • Monitor the processing of stock issues for materials required by operations team, until physical handover to
      Logistics for delivery to field.
    • Follow materials storage conditions in coordination with technical administrators and warehouse team, and initiate actions when inspection, repair and/or moving are needed

    Profile

    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • University degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ experience of Logistics, stock control and
      warehousing while Membership of relevant Supply Chain professional bodies or Operational functions will be an added advantage.
    • Good experience of Computerised Stock and Procurement management systems including at least 2 years deep experience of SAP.
    • Familiar with UNISUP, PM, MM and BW modules; and with COMPANY stock management policies in
      general.
    • Good command of English language and excellent communication skills.

    Mechanical Engineering Services M/F

    Job description

    • SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineering services to join its work force in Nigeria.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Lead the preparation, planning, execution, supervision, commissioning, cost definition, and follow-up of major
      interventions and overhauls on both rotating and static equipment packages across JV assets.
    • Supervise the implementation of major and minor shutdowns and equipment improvement projects, ensuring safe, cost effective, and timely execution in line with company standards.
    • Prepare all necessary procedures, planning documents, spare parts lists, and manpower requirements for equipment interventions.
    • Perform and supervise on-site interventions, including equipment change-outs, repairs, and modifications, with or without OEM/FSR supervision.
    • Coordinate all trade tasks during interventions to ensure timely completion and hand-over to the Production team.
    • Prepare and manage work packs for equipment intervention activities.
    • Review and control the standardization of materials and spare parts for mechanical and rotating equipment, ensuring availability for routine, defect, and shutdown maintenance while minimizing stock value.
    • Support the Mechanical Maintenance team and Head of Rotating Equipment in preparing budgets, contracts, vendor mobilization, warranty claims, and other support functions.
    • Liaise with vendors and OEMs for technical queries, spare parts, drawings, maintenance issues, and modifications.
    • Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) for new and overhauled equipment to verify compliance with design and performance standards.
    • Develop and monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for rotating equipment.
    • Propose and justify improvements to enhance equipment availability, efficiency, and maintainability.
    • Conduct failure analysis (e.g., cause tree analysis) for equipment breakdowns and issue recommendations.
    • Ensure proper use and updating of the Computerized Maintenance Management System, including logging all
      maintenance activities and ensuring all documentation (drawings, PID, manuals) is up-to-date and reflects “as-built conditions.
    • Review and verify contractor work for compliance and quality, make necessary corrections, and submit for endorsement and payment processing.
    • Liaise with authorities and partners on budget preparation, performance monitoring, and cost recovery.
    • Follow up on statutory inspections, integrity assurance, and certifications for rotating equipment.
    • Deal closely with COMPANY field operations in maintenance, procurement, construction, projects, and logistics.
    • Externally to deal with Nigerian partners and equipment’s OEM.
    • Oil production platforms are located offshore (40 KM) and Onshore.
    • Subsidiary is in strong phase development. Managing a rapidly aging infrastructure
    • Striving to achieve cost saving and best value for money in rotating equipment maintenance activities.

    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent in Engineering
    • Experience: Over 10 years of professional experience in the oil and petrochemical industries, with a strong focus on rotating and static
    • equipment. At least 5 years in a supervisory role.

    Technical Expertise:

    • In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment including turbines, engines, pumps, compressors, cranes, and valves
    • Strong understanding of rotating equipment design philosophy
    • High-level proficiency in maintenance systems and methods.

    Skills:

    • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure
    • Strong organizational and team management capabilities
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Fluent in spoken and written English

    Certificate:

    • Valid BOSIET OPITO approved
    • Valid Medical certificate that state fitness to work in offshore and onshore oil and gas installation
