    Project Manager (Architect) — Lead PHC infrastructure projects

    Role Overview

    • PSHAN seeks an experienced Project Manager (Architect) to lead the design review, planning, and execution of PHC construction and refurbishment projects. The role combines technical architectural oversight with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end healthcare construction and renovation projects.
    • Review architectural and construction plans for quality and alignment.
    • Coordinate contractors, engineers, and vendors; conduct site visits.
    • Track timelines, budgets, risks, and regulatory compliance.
    • Support procurement and oversee facility handover.
    • Maintain financial records, monitor cash flows, and report to donors.
    • Support recruitment of institutional and individual adopters.
    • Prepare project briefs and represent PSHAN in donor meetings.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture; PMP or Construction Mgmt. preferred.
    • 8+ years’ experience in architecture or construction (preferably healthcare).
    • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant software.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiar with Nigerian building codes and healthcare facility standards.
    • Willingness to travel extensively with passion for public health

    Project Officer — Drive Coordination, M&E, and Reporting

    Position Overview

    • The Project Officer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of the ADHFP, focusing on data-driven implementation including monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL). The role emphasizes project delivery, impact tracking, and continuous quality improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Coordination (40%)

    • Work with Liaison officers for quality service delivery
    • Ensure project execution based on timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagements.

    Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (40%)

    • Design M&E frameworks and tools.
    • Collect and analyze data; conduct baseline to endline assessments.
    • Facilitate learning sessions and adaptive project strategies.

    Reporting & Communication (15%)

    • Prepare reports, impact stories, and advocacy materials.
    • Maintain databases on PHC project outcomes.

    Capacity Building & Quality Assurance (5%)

    • Support PHC staff training on data use and quality care standards.
    • Monitor SOP adherence across project sites.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in public health, Development Studies, M&E, or related field.
    • 3–5 years' experience in health/development project M&E.
    • Proficiency with tools like DHIS2, KoboToolbox, PowerBI, Excel.
    • Strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian health systems and PHC service delivery.
    • Integrity, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset.
