JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HUB TECHNICAL ENGINEERS

• Attend to IT/Technical issues at outlets and Hubs within an Area.
• Ensure the stable operation of all the IT gadget and internet at Outlets.
• Diagnose hardware/software faults and provide solution
• Solve technical and application problems
• Support the roll out of new applications.
• Setting up new agent’s accounts and profile, deals with agent’s technical issues.
• Replacing faulty IT/Technical Equipment.
• Installing and configuring Computer Operating system
• Troubleshooting system and Network problems and finding solution
• Format Computer systems where necessary
• Carrying out and supervising construction activities at Outlets
• Supervising and ensuring workstations and other shop facilities are built to specifications
• Supervising all Administrative and Structural Maintenance of Outlets
• Repainting
• Furniture Maintenance
• Electrical Installation and wiring
• Plumbing
• Doors and Windows etc.
• Installation and configuration of satellite dish, Decoder, Cabling.

REQUIREMENT

• First degree/HND in Computer science or any related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Computer hardware maintenance, software and application installation, Networking, Satellite dish installation and other basic technical functions.
• Facility Management Experience
• IP Addressing and basic Networking Skills
• Creative individuals with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Details:

CRITERIA

• HND/BSc.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
• Ability to use any inventory software would be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage people and resources.
• At least 1 year working experience in inventory is an added advantage.
• Not older than 30 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out periodic store count.
• Maintain proper records of items in the store.
• To alert the procurement Manager when stocks go below already set benchmarks.
• Issues out items to staff as requests comes in.
• To receive and inspect all materials ordered for by the Procurement Manager.
• Reports directly to the Procurement/Facility Manager
• Carry out any assigned task issued by the HOD.
