    Video Production Coordinator

    Job Description.

    Candidate must have excellent knowledge in video editing and production. Candidate must be able to coordinate, assign and delegate task to other video editors.

    Must have corporate experience and understand Supply Chain Management.

    Salary: $300 - $500 Monthly

    Business Development Manager

    This role requires creating and implementation strategies as well as designing and delivering compelling presentations. 

    Applicants must have a flair for business development, networking and strategy development.

    The primary focus and objective will be to develop new buying centres in target oil and gas accounts.

    Applicant must have offshore Oil & Gas drilling experience.

    Applicants must have reliable contacts within the Oil and Gas Sector.

    Role & responsibilities

    • Develop leads into opportunities and convert into new accounts
    • Leverage on knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
    • Assist in the assessment, design, and development of technical bidding requirements.
    • Support the development of project proposals; employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions to clients
    • Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process
    • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
    • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients.
    • Influence client’s selection process and evaluation criteria.
    • Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities.
    • Effectively engage with MPG to secure their support & collaborating in closing deals.
    • Manage successful transition of the opportunity to the delivery team.
    • Support efforts and/or gain client long term agreements.
    • Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close.

    Qualifications

    What skills & experience are we looking for?

    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
    • Proven sales track record
    • Experience in customer support is a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
    • Ability to build rapport
    • Time management and planning skills
    • Deep experience and understanding of Supply Chain Industry.
    • Relationships within 18 industries in a Global Market.
    • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
    • Media & Technology Enlightened.
    • Must have deep knowledge and experience in the Manufacturing Process, Financial Services, Products, Resources, Digital Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration, Vendor Management, Manufacturing Flow, Service Providers, Events and Marketing Packages, Transportation Management, Asset Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Integration to other modules.
    • Hands on experience in solutions and/or program delivery of MPG products, in one or multiple functions.
    • Must have deep knowledge on training courses for MPG University Courses, building Employment and Careers.
    • Experience in SAP.
    • Working with Client Account Leads and Industry Leads to understand the latest in MPG offerings and from that develop compelling value propositions to take the client.
    • Developing early credibility both internally at MPG and with our clients – become the trusted partner for our long-standing and emerging clients, in turn influencing the client’s selection process and evaluation criteria.

    Affiliate Digital Marketer

    Candidate must understand concept and implementation of online marketing using digital marketing and affiliate marketing to drive membership enrollment for MPG.

    Must have ECommerce and Html Banners Design - Industrial Supplies Industry Experience.

    Salary: $300 - $ 400 Monthly

    Responsibilities for affiliate marketing manager

    • Seek new methods of digital acquisition which align with brand transformation goals
    • Develop new initiatives & processes aimed at improving customer experience & conversion
    • Analyze blended reporting of SEM/SEO/Affiliate to identify true incremental & positive ROI opportunities
    • Market MPG on other/affiliate websites and platforms.
    • Stay up to date on new products & industry knowledge while consistently testing new methodologies to enhance campaign performance
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, social, & email teams to align on consistent brand messaging
    • Manage & develop career growth of team, helping to translate priorities into ambitious & achievable goals
    • Experience working collaboratively with cross functional partners at all levels and ability to clearly communicating technical messages to non-technical audiences
    • Knowledge of search engine algorithms desired
    • Cooperate and work jointly with channel owners, country managers, merchandising and buying plus other business units to ensure that local activities are fully executed and aligned with central objectives, and deliver campaigns for seasonal promotions with effective actions and goals
    • Develop a communication plan with key affiliates (individual conversations, email newsletters, ) and responsible for calculating commission payments

    Qualifications for affiliate marketing manager

    • Ensure successful migration of WSI affiliate programs from agency to in-house team, including IT implementation, publisher communication, and internal documents and processes development
    • Allocate affiliate budgets across different affiliate partners, negotiating rates, and maximizing e-Commerce and Retail incremental revenue
    • Forecast and manage affiliate partners revenue and spend, ensuring monthly budgets are not exceeded
    • Foster affiliate relationships, meet regularly to ensure campaigns are performing as expected and w/in target ROI goals and that WSI is featured in brand enhancing ways
    • Communicate promotions to top affiliate partners, negotiate placements, and determine appropriate payouts for large scale promotions using platform tools to adjust commissions rates on promo codes usage as appropriate
    • Expand WSI's content creators/Influencer affiliate network, coordinate with each brand's PR & Social teams to ensure continuity in communication with these partners, while being mindful of impacts to SEO programs.
