    Junior Graphic Designer

    Description

    • We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will support the creation of visual assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their design career to grow their skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful design projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in designing graphics for digital platforms (social media, email campaigns, websites, ads) and print materials (brochures, posters, presentations).
    • Work closely with the senior designer(s) and marketing team to execute creative concepts and campaigns.
    • Support in maintaining and evolving the brand’s visual identity and design guidelines.
    • Edit and retouch images, ensuring high-quality visual output.
    • Prepare and deliver design files in the correct formats for digital and print production.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
    • Strong eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
    • Basic knowledge of design for both digital and print media.
    • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
    • Good communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.

    Front Desk Officer (NYSC)

    Description

    • The role involves managing front desk operations, providing basic customer service support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities. The officer is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, directing customer inquiries appropriately, and supporting internal teams with clerical and operational tasks.

    Sales and Business Development Officer

    Description

    • This role involves prospecting for new clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. The Officer is responsible for driving the growth of the bank's customer base and revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and promoting financial products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with Mkobo's overall growth objectives.
    • Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales & Business Development Officers
    • Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand Mkobo's customer base for EWA and Mkobo for Business products.
    • Develop sales funnels and processes to optimize lead generation and conversion.
    • Generate qualified leads.
    • Manage existing partnerships and drive increased utilization of Mkobo's products among partner's employees.

    Requirements

    • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
    • Minimum of 0- 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.
    • Knowledge of Fintech and financial services industry and strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

    I.T Support Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
    • Assist in the installation and configuration of operating systems, software applications, and network devices.
    • Conduct regular checks on IT equipment to identify and resolve potential issues.
    • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across IT systems as directed by the IT Manager.
    • Assist in performing regular backups of critical data and systems and test backup integrity by restoring data periodically.
    • Assist in monitoring and maintaining LAN/Wireless networks.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
    • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a microfinance or banking environment.
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS,) mobile devices (Android and iOS), and software applications.
    • Familiarity with LAN/Wireless networks, internet connectivity and IT security principles and tools.
